Effective Date: 23rd July 2026 

This Influencer Payout Schedule (“Schedule”) forms part of the Influencer Terms & Conditions and sets out the standard Collaboration Payment structure, Referral Commission rates, payout schedules, and other payment-related information applicable to approved Influencers participating on the Influencers Night Media platform.

This Schedule should be read together with the:

• Terms of Use 
• Privacy Policy 
• Influencer Terms & Conditions 
• Influencer Partner Operating Agreement 
• Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Unless otherwise stated, all matters relating to Collaboration Events, campaign participation, Eligible Bookings, Referral Links, Referral Codes, referral attribution, commission eligibility, payment verification, fraud prevention, disputes, deductions, payment methods, and other operational requirements shall be governed by the applicable agreements referenced above.

Standard Collaboration Payments

Approved Influencers may receive compensation for participating in eligible Collaboration Events, campaigns, promotional activities, creator experiences, or other assignments coordinated by Influencers Night Media.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Collaboration Payment rates shall be determined separately for each Collaboration Event or campaign.
• Campaign-specific payment rates, where applicable, shall be communicated before participation is confirmed.
• Collaboration Payments shall become payable only upon the successful completion of the agreed deliverables and compliance with the Influencer Terms & Conditions.
• Unless otherwise specified for a particular Collaboration Event or campaign, eligible Collaboration Payments shall be processed forty-eight (48) hours after all agreed deliverables have been successfully completed and verified by Influencers Night Media.
• Influencers Night Media reserves the right to withhold, adjust, reduce, delay, or decline any Collaboration Payment where an Influencer fails to comply with applicable campaign requirements, these agreements, or any applicable platform policies.

Standard Referral Commission Rates

Referral Commission is earned on Eligible Bookings successfully attributed to an Influencer Partner through their unique Referral Link or Referral Code.

Referral Commission shall become payable only after the relevant Eligible Booking has been successfully verified in accordance with the Influencer Partner Operating Agreement.

Standard Referral Commission rates are based on the Venue Tier of the participating Venue Partner.

Venue Tier	Referral Commission
Tier 1	₹100 per Confirmed Attendee
Tier 2	₹150 per Confirmed Attendee
Tier 3	₹300 per Confirmed Attendee
Tier 4	₹500 per Confirmed Attendee

Special Campaigns & Events

Certain Collaboration Events, campaigns, ticketed events, promotional activities, or limited-time offers may be subject to different Collaboration Payment rates, Referral Commission rates, payout timelines, eligibility requirements, or alternative payment structures.

Where a campaign or Collaboration Event is subject to different Collaboration Payment rates, Referral Commission rates, payout timelines, eligibility requirements, or other payment conditions, those campaign-specific terms shall prevail and will be communicated before participation or promotion.

Payout Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Eligible Collaboration Payments shall be processed forty-eight (48) hours after all agreed deliverables have been successfully completed and verified by Influencers Night Media.
• Eligible Referral Commissions shall be calculated for each calendar month (1st to the last day of the month) and processed on or before the 10th day of the following month, subject to verification in accordance with the Influencer Partner Operating Agreement.
• Different payout timelines may apply to specific Collaboration Events, campaigns, promotional activities, or limited-time offers where expressly communicated before participation.
• Payment eligibility, verification requirements, deductions, payment methods, disputes, and other related financial matters shall be governed by the Influencer Terms & Conditions, Influencer Partner Operating Agreement & Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy where applicable.

Payment Changes

Influencers Night Media may revise Collaboration Payment rates, Referral Commission rates, payout structures, or other payment arrangements from time to time.

This may include, without limitation:

• increasing or decreasing Collaboration Payment rates for specific campaigns or Collaboration Events;
• increasing or decreasing Referral Commission rates for specific Venue Tiers, campaigns, or events;
• excluding specific campaigns, events, or venues from earning Referral Commission 
• introducing new Venue Tiers or alternative payment structures; or
• introducing promotional, bonus, or limited-time payment or Referral Commission offers.

Unless otherwise stated, any changes shall apply only to future Collaboration Events, campaigns, or Eligible Bookings and shall become effective upon publication on our website or through email, platform notifications, or any other official communication channel.
